In response of the identified need for modern and fairly priced housing, the company intends to continue offering housing to the middle income working population. We have plots that we will be developing in RIAT, Kanyakwar, and Tom Mboya in Kisumu County with high quality modern fittings, internet services, perimeter wall with electric razor wire fence, CCTV surveillance and 24hour security. There will be live-in caretakers in charge of maintenance and welfare of our clients. We will also have backup water supply during shortages, adequate parking and recreation space.
